I think this summer over a very meaningful day,in addition to the study of computers outside,also tried a new aerobic exercise -YOGA,I love this sport, so I learned an optimistic face life,but also to correct my bad shape,for my future learninglife will be very helpful,I love YOGA,with the hope more people will join me to try this new movement.

今年暑假過得非常有意義

我覺得今年暑假過的非常有意義，每天除了學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)算機(jī)以外還嘗試了新的有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)-YOGA，我非常熱愛這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)，它讓我學(xué)會(huì)了樂觀的面對(duì)生活，還糾正了我的不良體形，對(duì)我今后的學(xué)習(xí)及生活都有很大的幫助，我愛YOGA，希望有更多的人和我一起嘗試這項(xiàng)新的運(yùn)動(dòng)。
