We all remember that we have successfully held the Beijing Olympic Games on August 8th,2008.With the approval of the State Council,August 8th of every year has become the "National Fitness Day" from the year 2009.In order to develop the spirit of "Do sports  and be happy everyday",our country set up this festival and hope that people can take an active part in physical exercise.

　　The meaning of setting up this festival is very profound and lasting.It transmit the spirit of nationwide fitness programs.Besides,the festival  initiates national people keep a good physical training habit and go after healthy and civilized life style.
