Recently our English Club has had a debate about wether there.shonld be policies on controlling the purchase of private cars in our citys      
  Every coin has two sides.Some people think that controlling the purchase of private cars is importain in our daily life. The reasons are as fllows.First,useing this policy can salve engery and reduce air popution,because people want to have a low-carbron envireonment. second ,this poioy can deal with heavy trallic problem.      
  some people dis agree withh that view. Hereare the rences. First,buying cars is peoples right. Second, there is brings inconvenirvue to people when they go ourdoors. Many people are late for when they have  no cars.      
  In my opinion, there should be policies on controlling the purchase of prirate in our city. In order t omake us healthy,we should do it.
